Disclosed buying, with the evidence.
A buying pattern needs at least $100,000 on one buying day, at least 3× the median of five or more earlier comparable imported buying days, and at least two supporting checks. Comparisons use the same issuer, owner group, reported security and ownership account.
Supporting checks: CEO/CFO participation, multiple independent insider groups, repeated buying, or at least a 10% increase in comparable direct holdings. Recent activity covers 30 UTC trade-date days; earlier samples cover up to two years of imported evidence. History may be incomplete.
“Before earnings” also requires a fresh calendar observation and independently confirmed future release within 30 days. A provider date alone is not confirmed. Filing date, import time and assessment time stay separate. Same-day order is not inferred from before-open/after-close buckets.
These are experimental screening rules. They do not measure company quality, investment safety or the chance of profit. Full rules ↗
An unconnected or unconfirmed earnings source cannot pass the timing check.
